Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Thober’s Health To ensure quality service and mutual respect between consultant and client, consultations will follow the guidelines below: 1. Payments and Cancellations Non-refundable payments: Consultation fees are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation. This is because we begin reviewing the intake form and analyzing any submitted documents before the consultation itself. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling notice: Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any additional fees. How to reschedule: By written request (via email, WhatsApp, or another official channel), or Directly through the website, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 3. No-shows No-show fee: If a client does not show up for the consultation without prior notice, a $50.00 fee will be charged, unless there is a documented emergency. 4. Appointment Reminders Automatic reminders: Whenever possible, an automatic reminder will be sent 24 hours before the appointment. (Please make sure your contact details are up to date in your account.) 5. Consultation Platforms Consultations may take place via WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet, depending on the client’s preference and availability. WhatsApp is currently the preferred and most widely used platform.
