- You complete and submit the Anamnesis form.
- You submit any relevant lab results.
- Your first consultation is held.
- During the first consultation, your follow-up consultation is scheduled.

- Our consultations do not replace medical advice from licensed healthcare professionals.
- Recommendations are based on holistic health principles and do not constitute medical treatment.
4. Natural Products
4.1 Purchase Process
- Based on the client’s medical diagnosis and needs, a personalized protocol is created.
- A cost estimate for the recommended products is provided.
- Upon approval, an invoice is sent, and payment is made via Zelle.
- Products are shipped via UPS within the United States.
4.2 Disclaimer
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- The effectiveness of phytotherapeutic products varies by individual.
- Clients are responsible for consulting with their healthcare providers before using any products.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be completed before services are rendered.
The payments can be made via Zelle or credit card.
The fees paid for consultations are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of products; however, products will be reshipped or the client will receive a credit in the following cases, if reported by the client within 2 days (48 hours) after receiving the product or the estimated delivery date:
a) If the product arrives damaged.
b) If the product does not match the item purchased.
c) If the product is lost by the carrier.
